Laser Engraving
Initial setup charge of $70.00(R). Engraving reorder setup is $25.00(R). Engraving prices include one position engraving to engraving size indicated. Call for additional location prices.

Embroidery
Prices include a one position embroidery up to 7500 stitches. Additional stitches $0.40(V) per 1000. Digitizing fee $80.00(V). Additional locations are $2.50(V) and includes up to 7500 stitches.

Packaging
Most items include color gift packaging. Plain white box packaging may be available upon request.

Rush Orders
No additional charge.

Less Than Minimum

Non-imprinted Products
Use end quantity column pricing.

Combined Quantity Pricing
Available.

Samples
No charge under $10.00 when billed to your UPS account.
Blank or random samples are billed at end quantity pricing plus freight.
Samples are not returnable.

Drop Shipments
Multiple locations: $6.00(R) per location.

Order Acknowledgment
Faxed confirmation and paper proof every order no charge.
Confirmation of the prices, terms, imprint, color and quantity as well as a paper proof will be provided at no charge. You are requested to approve same and return to us as soon as possible.

Pre-Production Proofs
Cost of Item + $32.50(R) setup charge.
Is not applied to order.

Paper Proofs
There is no charge for the first 2 paper proofs on new orders. Additional paper proofs are $5.00(R).

Overruns
We have a firm NO overrun policy. This can result in a slight underrun. If this presents a problem please contact factory before production begins.

Changes & Cancellations
Subject to all costs incurred.

Terms
Net 30 days to approved accounts.
Orders go into production upon credit approval.

Trademarks and Logos
Customers assume full responsibility in determining legal rights of the trademarks and logos used in their orders. All artwork, trademarks, and logos shown here are not intended to represent that the products are endorsed or produced for their respective owners, but for demonstration purposes only.

Artwork
We can utilize both camera ready artwork and electronic artwork. We reserve the right to determine what is acceptable artwork (fax, photocopy, Word files or internet images are NOT accepted). We can accept electronic artwork via email or CD-ROMs. All electronic files need to be formatted as either vector files or Adobe Photoshop TIFF/PSD files. Bitmaps should be saved at a minimum of 300 dpi. Vector files should always be saved in EPS format. We support Adobe Illustrator and Macromedia Freehand. All CorelDraw files should be exported as AI files, and all Illustrator files should be saved as version 7.0 for platform and version compatibility. We support Macromedia Freehand files up to version 10.

Artwork Modifications
If artwork needs to be touched up, reconstructed or manipulated in any way art charges will be incurred. These charges will be acknowledged before proceeding with the order. There is a minimum charge of $25.00(V) for graphic services.

Batteries (R)

Insert in packaging - $.05(V) when possible.
